TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We'll confirm your registration by fax or e-mail when we receive the workshop fee from you. We will also send you host-hotel information for your workshop at that time. Accommodations are not included in the registration fee — you are to make your own reservations.

Cancellations received within 14 days of a workshop incur a 50 percent charge; sorry, we cannot refund registrations cancelled within seven days of a workshop. In either case, however, no charge will apply if you choose to transfer to a later workshop OR send someone in your place. We'll notify you of any workshop's cancellation 14 days in advance. Should we cancel a session, we regret that we cannot refund any discounted airfares you may have purchased to attend that workshop. Morning workshops run from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Afternoon workshops run from 1:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m.
